John Lock of the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm will present an overview of the Systems Microscopy (SysMic) approach and its biological applications. John's multidisciplinary team of researchers are creating a unique (SysMic) research framework, consisting of a quantitative, multi-scale, fluorescence imaging-based framework for the investigation of complex processes (such as migration & adhesion) in single living cells.
