Adult Cancer Program Special Seminar - Prof Benjamin Djulbegovic (USA)
The Adult Cancer Program is honoured to have Dr Benjamin Djulbegovic present at a special seminar entitled "Rational decision-making. Guts vs. Brains, or Both?" Dr. Djulbegovic is a Distinguished Professor and Professor of Medicine and Oncology at the University of South Florida and Moffitt Cancer Center. His major academic research interests lie in the areas of evidence-based medicine, decision-analysis, clinical reasoning, systematic reviews/meta-analysis and comparative effectiveness research, ethics of clinical trials, practice guidelines, outcomes research, the impact of clinical trials and the role of uncertainty in medicine. To date, Dr. Djulbegovic has published more than 190 papers in peer-review journals on these topics.
