Cancer Grand Rounds
Researchers are invited to attend " The impact of HPV vaccination on cervical screening in Australia: Update on new recommendations for the National Cervical Screening Program”, presented by Karen Canfell, Epidemiologist, Cancer Modelling Group, UNSW Lowy Cancer Research Centre and Dr Michael Campion, Senior Staff Specialist, Pre-invasive Disease, Gynaecological Cancer Centre, Royal Hospital for Women.
Cancer Grand Rounds is held on the last Thursday of each month at 8am. The audience for this Grand Rounds is varied, but people are linked by an interest in cancer. We have clinicians, pathologists, allied health staff, nursing staff, basic science cancer researchers and clinical trialists. Attendees also include doctors in training, medical students and science students. The clinical background ranges across all cancers with medical oncology, radiation oncology, oncological surgery, palliative care, haematology and gynae oncology represented.
No RSVP necessary. For further details, please contact Alison Banfield.
