Seminar series: Prof Willem H. Ouwehand
Lessons learned from genome and epigenome studies in large populations and haematological rare diseases. Willem H Ouwehand is Professor of Experimental Haematology at the University of Cambridge and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute. He leads a research team that specialises in studies on the formation and function of platelets with a focus on their role in heart attacks and stroke, respectively.
